About Us
Amanda & Anna
We are therapists, women, and healers who believe in the power of safe spaces, sacred pauses, and the kind of restoration that happens when we finally feel seen.

I’ve stumbled, sprinted, and at times dragged my unwilling, exhausted body down a path paved with heartbreak and pain—convinced that I would never feel whole again. But somewhere along that road, in the mess and the stillness, I found something I never expected to recover: me.
Not the version of me who thought she had ruined everything, but the one who remembered how to laugh, how to breathe, and how deeply she wanted a beautiful life—and could actually create it.
Every woman’s path is different, but one thing I know for sure: we aren’t meant to walk it alone. I made it through because experienced people helped guide me. That’s what Restore is about. It’s what inspires me to be the guide I once needed—for you.

For much of my life, I became an expert at reading the room—tracking everyone else’s emotions while ignoring my own. I stayed ahead of the storm, kept the peace, and did what was needed. But life has a way of catching up.
In one moment, everything changed. The world suddenly became too loud, too overwhelming. I could no longer fix it for myself or anyone else. Amidst the life I thought I had built, everything felt like it was falling apart.
That’s when my real journey began—not just of healing, but of remembering. I started listening to my body’s wisdom, which had always been there, quietly waiting beneath the layers of logic, responsibility, and constant doing. I learned to be still. To feel. To reconnect with the version of me that had been there all along—beneath the chaos, beneath the survival.
I believe many of us forget how to listen to our own needs, wants, and feelings. We get so caught up in surviving that we lose touch with who we truly are.
But I also believe this: every person has the power to build a beautiful life—if they can remember who they are and come home to themselves. That’s why Restore exists. That’s why I’m here. And that’s what I hope to walk with you toward.
