Terms and Conditions Effective Date: May 15, 2025 Company Name: Restore, LLC Location: Utah, United States These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase and use of a digital pass to attend retreats hosted by Restore, LLC. By purchasing a digital pass, you agree to these Terms. ⸻ 1. Digital Passes •A digital pass grants access to one individual for the full duration of the retreat dates listed at the time of purchase. •Passes are non-transferable and may not be shared, resold, or reassigned. •Access details will be delivered via the email address provided at checkout. ⸻ 2. Payments •Payments are processed securely through Wix Payments. •Accepted methods: credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. •All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. ⸻ 3. Refunds Refunds are available under the terms described in our Refund Policy page. Please review that policy carefully before making a purchase. ⸻ 4. Wellness Disclaimer Participation in retreat activities is voluntary, and you are solely responsible for your health and well-being. You may opt out of any activity that feels unsafe or uncomfortable. ⸻ 5. Limitation of Liability •Restore is not liable for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by events outside our reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, or other unforeseen circumstances). •To the maximum extent permitted by law, Restore shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from your participation in the retreat. ⸻ 6. Privacy We collect your name, email address, and payment details solely for the purpose of processing your order and communicating retreat information. Governing Law These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. ⸻ 8. Refund and Cancellation 

We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel your spot at Restore Retreat: 60+ days before the retreat: You’ll receive a full refund, minus a $500 non-refundable deposit. Less than 60 days (after September 7th): Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds. However, your spot can be transferred to another eligible participant or applied to a future retreat (within 12 months). We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance (we like Allianz, https://www.allianztravelinsurance.com) to protect your investment in case of unexpected changes.

Privacy Policy 

We deeply respect your privacy. Any personal information collected through our website or registration forms will only be used to: Communicate with you about the retreat Process your registration and payment Offer support and updates related to Restore Retreats We will never share or sell your information. If you wish to be removed from our list at any time, just let us know.

Code of Conduct

Restore is a sacred space built on trust, safety, and respect. We ask all participants to: Honor confidentiality within the group Show kindness and compassion to themselves and others Refrain from disruptive, harmful, or disrespectful behavior Anyone who violates this agreement may be asked to leave the retreat without refund.

Health and Safety

Your wellbeing is our priority. To ensure a safe and nourishing experience: Please inform us in advance of any medical, dietary, or mental health concerns we should be aware of Participation in all physical or therapeutic activities is optional and based on your comfort In case of emergency, we will have first aid available and access to local urgent care We encourage each participant to listen to their body and honor their limits.

Fulfillment Policy

Once your digital retreat pass is purchased, you will receive an email confirmation immediately, along with your pass granting access to the retreat. All passes are delivered electronically; no physical tickets will be mailed. If you do not receive your confirmation email within 15 minutes of purchase, please check your spam or promotions folder. If it is still not received, contact us at contact@restoreretreats.org and we will assist you promptly. Each pass is valid for one participant only and is non-transferable.
