Restore is for women (ages 18–70) who sense there’s more to life than checking boxes and pushing through. It’s for those who’ve been strong for everyone else—but are ready to reconnect with themselves. For women who crave depth, meaning, and a space to breathe.
You don’t need to be in crisis. You just need to be curious about what’s possible, what’s next, and what’s within you. Come, remember what it feels like to be fully present, fully alive, and fully you.
This is more than a getaway—it’s a sacred, supportive space to slow down and reconnect with who you truly are. Over four transformative days, you’ll explore:
Authentic Self – Let go of roles and survival strategies to rediscover who you are underneath
Understanding Your Story – Reflect on what’s shaped you and find meaning in your path
Processing Pain – Safely access and release what you’ve carried alone
Self-Compassion – Learn to soften toward yourself and others without losing boundaries
Boundaries & Safety – Discover what healthy protection looks like for you
Emotional Healing – Tune into your nervous system and begin honoring your needs
Spiritual Connection – Reconnect with God or your Higher Power in a space of grace and truth
Adventure & Self-Care – Restore your body through nature, movement, rest, and play

This isn’t about “fixing” you—it’s about coming home to yourself. Restore combines experiential trauma healing, mind-body practices, and soul-nourishing connection in a sacred, shame-free space. We go deeper than typical self-care. You’ll leave changed.
We understand—investing in yourself may feel unfamiliar. But here’s the truth: Healing in community works. Retreats offer powerful insight, deep connection, and emotional breakthroughs that can take months (or years) in traditional therapy. You are worth this care. You don’t have to do it alone.
No. This isn’t a “wait your turn” experience.
In group healing, parallel processing means that even as someone else speaks, something may shift inside you. Many participants find that someone else says the very words they’ve been afraid to speak.
You’ll be invited to share, but never required. Growth starts the moment we begin.
Yes, and we encourage it. To fully immerse yourself in healing, we ask you to disconnect from phones and social media.

Absolutely. If you feel called to support another woman’s healing journey, you can make a donation to our Restore Scholarship Fund. 100% of your gift goes directly to covering a participant’s retreat costs—not a cent is used for admin or overhead. You can remain anonymous if you’d like, but every recipient will send a personal thank-you letter so you can feel the impact of your generosity.
Yes. Our scholarship fund is intended for women who feel deeply called to attend Restore but truly wouldn’t be able to without financial support. If attending the retreat isn’t financially possible, even with personal sacrifice, please know this option is here for you. We ask that those who can make it work do so—so that this support remains available for those who genuinely need it.
